1. Agreement

2. The Service
CFO.Numeraxia provides software for financial visibility, forecasting, alerts, and related analytics. Outputs are informational and do not constitute legal, tax, investment, or regulated financial advice unless separately agreed in writing with a licensed professional.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at +65-8470 0600 or via our homepage contact form if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You will not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other users, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breaches.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed as described at checkout or in your order. Taxes may apply. Unless mandatory law says otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as stated in our billing policy.
6. Intellectual property
We retain rights in the Service, branding, and software. You retain rights in your data. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages except where prohibited by law.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Disputes should first be raised via our homepage contact form or by calling +65-8470 0600; where regulators apply (e.g. PDPC Singapore, JPDP Malaysia), you may also use official complaint channels.
